Selection Procedure – SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 

• Shortlisting Candidates will be shortlisted based on parameters decided by the Bank’s committee. Meeting minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee an interview call. 

• Interview Shortlisted applicants will attend one or more rounds of personal, telephonic, or video interviews. The interview carries 100 marks, and qualifying marks will be set by SBI. 

• CTC Negotiation Compensation discussions will be held individually during or after the interview process. 

• Merit List Final merit will be prepared in descending order of interview scores. If multiple candidates achieve the same cut‑off marks, ranking will be determined by age (older candidates placed higher).
