- Stage 1 – AFCAT Written Exam: 08 August 2026; 100 questions, 300 marks, 2 hours; subjects – General Awareness, English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, Military Aptitude. (+3 correct, –1 wrong). NCC Special Entry & GATE Entry exempted.
- Stage 2 – AFSB Testing:
- Stage I: OIR Test + PP&DT (Day 1 screening).
- Stage II: Psychological Test, Group Tests, Personal Interview (5 days).
- Flying Branch: CPSS (Pilot Aptitude Test, once‑in‑lifetime).
- Stage 3 – Medical Examination: Conducted at Air Force medical establishments.
- Final Merit List: Written + AFSB marks, subject to medical fitness & vacancies. 10% seats reserved for NCC ‘C’ certificate holders (Ground Duty). 2 seats reserved for Law graduates (Non‑Technical).
