Selection Procedure
The selection process for the Bank of India Credit Officer Recruitment 2026 will be conducted in multiple stages as outlined below:
- Scrutiny of Eligibility Criteria Applications will be shortlisted based on the documents uploaded, including educational qualifications and professional certifications.
- Online Examination
- English Language: 25 questions, 25 marks (qualifying only, not counted in merit).
- Professional Knowledge: 100 questions, 100 marks.
- Total: 125 questions, 125 marks, with a composite time of 120 minutes.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 35% for General/EWS candidates, with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.
- Negative marking: ¼ mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- Personal Interview Candidates shortlisted from the online examination will be called for interview in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies. The interview carries 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks are 50% for General/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.
- Final Selection If both online examination and interview are conducted, the weightage ratio will be 70:30. The final merit list will be prepared in descending order for each category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN). If only the interview is conducted, selection will be based solely on interview marks.

The application fee structure is as follows:
- SC/ST/PWD candidates: ₹175 (intimation charges only).
- General and other categories: ₹850 (application fee plus intimation charges).
