• Fixed Pay: ₹26,000/- per month (Contract basis for 5 years) 

• After 5 years: Eligible for regular appointment at prevailing Driver pay scale

Selection Process 

Selection process दो stages में होगा – Written Exam और Driving Test। 

• OMR Written Exam (100 Marks, 40% Weightage): Subjects: General Knowledge, Road Safety & Auto Mechanics, Gujarati Grammar, English Grammar, Arithmetic Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong/blank/multiple answer 

• Driving Test (50 Marks, 60% Weightage): Conducted in 1:2 ratio (reserved/unreserved) Minimum qualifying marks: 35/50 

• Final Merit List: Combined score (OMR 40% + Driving Test 60%) के आधार पर category-wise merit list बनेगी। 

• Document Verification: Original certificates required (education, age, caste, license, experience, computer knowledge, etc.)
